The Department of Psychology at St. Francis Xavier University is seeking applications for a tenure-track position in Neuroscience with a specialization in any area including, but not limited to, behavioural, cognitive, clinical, developmental, physiological, or social. The appointment will be made at the rank of Assistant Professor. Candidates will have a demonstrated ability and potential for excellence in teaching. Consideration will be given to candidates with a completed Ph.D. and an active research program. Ability to teach undergraduate courses in Neuroscience is required and ability and willingness to teach undergraduate Research Methods and Statistics is a strong asset. A summary of teaching experience, a statement of teaching philosophy and interests, and an outline of current and future plans for research and/or practice should accompany the letter of application.
