The Doerr Institute for New Leaders invites applications for a postdoctoral research fellow position. The research fellow will be part of a creative team that designs, plans, executes, and evaluates leader development programming university-wide, although the focus of the position will be on outcome measurement. The research fellow will be expected to spend the majority of his/her time working directly on measurement-related projects, with additional time spent assisting with related Institute objectives. This position requires advanced skill and knowledge in designing outcome measures and analyzing results; expertise in leadership studies is not required. Candidates welcomed from both academia and industry (e.g., talent management). This position may involve the opportunity to supervise and mentor students, as well as the possibility of collaboration with other scholars at the university. Applicants must have a record of publication in academic, social science journals or compelling practitioner experience to be considered for this position. The full-time position is for 12 months with strong possibility of renewal for one additional year.
