We are seeking a candidate who has recently (within 1-year) completed a doctorate in social, behavioral or other relevant applied psychology to join its strategic services department as a Ph.D. Strategic Psychology Planner. Review of applications is ongoing and decisions will be made by June 30, 2019.
The role entails working with internal teams developing content and insights for “creative briefs” by analyzing consumer data (various secondary sources) and primary research (quant and qualitative) to identify psychological principles which can be utilized to impact decision making, attitudes and behavior.
We also would like the candidate to be comfortable and confident with client-facing meetings and presentations in which he/she would be able to share insights and thoughts in respect to agency recommendations.
