Lab Manager Position | Deepest Beliefs Lab | The Ohio State University

The Deepest Beliefs Lab is hiring a full-time, post-baccalaureate Lab Manager starting July 2026!

We study morality, artificial intelligence, political polarization, religion, mind perception, and more! This is an ideal position for recent graduates interested in social psychology research and considering graduate school.

What you'll do:

• Manage day-to-day lab operations and coordinate research projects
• Assist with IRB protocols, data collection, and analysis using tools like Qualtrics and and R
• Recruit, train, and supervise undergraduate research assistants
• Support manuscript preparation and literature reviews

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree (Psychology or related field preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (a must!)
• Interest in psychological research (a plus!)
• Experience with research methods, data analysis, or lab coordination preferred

Position details:

• 1-2 year term position (renewable)
• $19.28–$25.19/hour
• Start date: July 2026
