Post-doctoral Position in the Cambridge Body, Mind, and Behaviour Laboratory (Director: Professor Simone Schnall). Together with economists of the UK Productivity Institute the project will explore the association between personal values, motivation, social factors, and economic productivity in the UK. More specifically, it will investigate the extent to which motivations related to work, and underlying personal and social values, have changed over time, and across generations. We will draw on a number of large panel data sets, with the aim to extract insights about the psychological and motivational factors underlying productivity. Strong statistics skill essential, especially of large data sets.
