London Business School is inviting applications for a fully funded postdoctoral research position starting in the 2025-2026 academic year.
The postdoctoral fellow will conduct research in Organisational Behaviour, working closely with LBS faculty. Faculty available to mentor and collaborate with Post-Docs for the 25/26 and 26/27 years include, Daniel Effron, Selin Kesebir, Gillian Ku, Thomas Mussweiler and Aneeta Rattan. The postdoc will be required to teach 37.5 hours (e.g., one half-term course to three streams) per academic year.
Qualifications
Applicants must have completed a PhD before the appointment in organisational behaviour, psychology or a related field. They must demonstrate strong capabilities for conducting original research using quantitative methods in experiments, field studies or with archival data. Ideal candidates have research interests that overlap with at least one of the faculty members that are available for mentoring.
The appointment is for two years, with the second-year contingent upon satisfactory performance during the first year. We will offer a competitive salary and full access to the LBS environment. The postdoctoral fellow is expected to contribute and benefit from the resources of the OB community, which includes interactions with faculty and PhD students, mentoring opportunities, organisation of reading groups, and training sessions.
