Our team recognizes the importance of high-quality data for our customers to make key decisions that affect academic research, national policy, the direction of Fortune 500 companies, and the public conversation.

 

We are looking for a Client Research Associate to help us manage our survey research projects and communicate Verasight’s value proposition to researchers. We are a scrappy team, and you will work directly with the founders to build Verasight and to expand access to high-quality survey data.

Responsibilities

  • Manage/take ownership of survey research projects, including sending survey invitations, monitoring timelines, and updating clients on progress
  • Program complex surveys in platforms such as Qualtrics for data collection
  • Design survey questionnaires in collaboration with clients
  • Communicate Verasight’s value proposition on calls with researchers, prepare proposals for clients, and track correspondence with prospects
  • Represent Verasight at industry conferences (approximately 6 per year)


Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS in social sciences or related field or 1-2 years industry experience with survey methods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Innovative mindset and meticulous attention to detail
  • Willingness to operate independently and desire to constantly innovate
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely about survey results
  • Commitment to working in an inclusive environment
